Facility Overview

Are there any use restrictions or age restrictions?
[Age Restrictions] Those under 13 years of age may not experience VR activities.
[Use Restrictions] Those applicable to any of the following may not use the facility.
・Those feeling unwell
・Intoxicated persons
・Those with a weak heart
・Those who easily become sick on vehicles or rides
・Pregnant women
・Those who have consumed alcohol are unable to try certain activities.(the Virtual Resort activity, Field VR, and Fear of Heights Show)

Is entry permitted without a booking?
・Bookings are given priority. Please proceed to the ticket page here.
・Please be aware that tickets will not be sold at the facility on days when booking tickets are sold out.

What are the open hours?
・Open hours are 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. (Last admission at 9:00 p.m.).
・In the case of advance bookings, admission starts from a specified time.
Is reentry allowed?
・Reentry is permitted for those who complete reentry procedures at the information booth. (The latest time to return is 9:00 p.m.)
Are there any scheduled closed days?
The facilities are open year-round with no closed days. (May be closed without prior notice due to extenuating circumstances.)
How much are experience fees?

Are credit cards accepted inside?
Credit cards may be used inside the facility at merchandise shops, restaurants, and ticket windows.
(VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, Credit Saison & Life Card)
Are debit cards, prepaid cards, and electronic money cards such as transportation IC cards accepted inside?
Unfortunately, these payment methods are not accepted.
Is foreign currency exchange available?
Unfortunately, foreign currency exchange is not available.
Is there an ATM on site?
Unfortunately, there is no ATM inside the facility.
Is smoking allowed?
There is a smoking area on the 2nd floor.
Is photography and taking videos with video cameras allowed inside the venue?
Photography and taking videos is permitted with the exception of activity areas and certain designated areas.
However, taking photos or videos in a manner which disrupts other customers, as well as using photos and videos for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Are selfie sticks allowed?
Please refrain from using selfie sticks to ensure a safe environment inside the facility.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi is available, but may be unusable by some devices.
Is car parking available?
There is no car parking area. We recommend using public transportation.
Is bicycle parking available?
There is no bicycle parking area. Please arrive via public transportation and walking.
May food and drink be brought inside?
In general, food and drink may not be brought inside.
May pets be brought inside?
With the exception of seeing eye dogs, service dogs, etc., pets are not allowed inside.
Can strollers and wheelchairs be checked?
Unfortunately, these items cannot be checked.
Is there a first aid station?
There is a first aid station. If you are feeling unwell, please ask at the information booth or talk to a nearby staff member.
Are there coin lockers inside the facility?
Coin lockers are available inside. The number of lockers is limited, so please avoid bringing bulky luggage if at all possible.
Can large pieces of luggage be checked?
Unfortunately, such items cannot be checked.
May I have a formal receipt issued?
One can be issued if you bring your receipt(s) from the facility to the information booth.
Is cosplaying allowed?
Admission for cosplayers is not restricted so long as the following points are abided by.
●Please refrain from getting dressed in the facility or nearby facilities as it is a disturbance for other customers.
●Handbags, accessories, etc. cannot be stored. Please use a coin locker etc.
●Please refrain from behavior which may disrupt other customers (Photo shoots in walkways, etc.)
●Please refrain from wearing the following.
・Costumes which are dangerous, or obstruct facility operations (those with sharp edges or which obstruct walking areas, etc.)
・Costumes which may disturb other customers (costumes which are extremely revealing, inappropriate for the venue, etc.)
・Costumes which violate public decency
・Other costumes which are individually determined to be inappropriate by organizers
●Compensation for costumes which are dirtied, damaged, etc. will not be issued.
●In addition to the above, please follow the instructions of staff members.
●If the items listed above are not complied with, you may be asked to leave the venue. Refunds will not be issued even in such cases.

I want to bring my friends. Do we all need separate bookings?
When paying by credit card, the maximum simultaneous purchase limit is 12 tickets.When paying at a convenience store, the maximum simultaneous purchase limit is 8 tickets.Please split your tickets into multiple payments when purchasing more than the maximum number of tickets.
Are group bookings available?
Group bookings are currently not available. If group bookings become available in the future, a notice will be posted on this website.
Can I change the date and/or time of my booking?
Date and/or time may not be changed after booking.
Can I add additional people to my booking?
Additional people may not be added after booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Bookings may not be cancelled.
The booking confirmation email did not arrive.

My ticket isn't updating in the app.
In cases where "Convenience Store" is selected as the payment method and "App (E-ticket)" is selected as the usage method, it may take some time after completing payment for tickets to update in the app. (Maximum of 1 hour)

How far in advance of the booking time should I arrive?
Please make sure to enter the facility within the allotted time on your ticket. Guests will be admitted in the order of their arrival, but we ask that you refrain from lining up over-night or early in the morning, to avoid disturbing the surrounding neighborhood.
What happens if I arrive late for the booked time?
Please make sure to enter the facility within the allotted time on your ticket. In certain cases, late admission may be refused. No entry will be permitted after the final admission time at 9:00 p.m. Please be aware that tickets which go unused due to crowding within the facility will not be refunded.
What should I do if someone in my booking party will arrive late?
Customers who have purchased tickets via our dedicated website will pick up their tickets on the day at the ticket window. Tickets for all members of the party will be provided at that time, so please complete reentry procedures at the information counter and give the tickets directly to the other members of your party.
Can bookings be transferred or sold to a third party?
Transfer and sale of tickets are prohibited.
Are customers required to leave before the following group of visitors enters?
Admission is not on a rotational basis. The starting time for admission is designated, but there is no designated time to leave.

What is a 1-Day 4 Ticket?
How do I use Red Tickets, Blue Tickets, etc.?
Different designated VR activities are usable with the RED Ticket, BLUE Ticket, YELLOW Ticket and GREEN Ticket. For each color ticket, one VR activity from the group of activities offered under that ticket can be experienced. Please be aware in advance that the number of customers is limited depending on VR activity, and you may be unable to experience certain activities if the daily limit has been reached.
*Furthermore, depending on venue congestion on the day, the ticket color restriction may be lifted so that visitors can enjoy their choice of VR activities. In such cases this will be announced at the venue when visitors arrive.
How many 1day4 Ticket sets can I buy at once?
When paying by credit card, the maximum simultaneous purchase limit is 12 tickets.When paying at a convenience store, the maximum simultaneous purchase limit is 8 tickets.Please split your tickets into multiple payments when purchasing more than the maximum number of tickets.
Can leftover tickets be used on another day?
Tickets are valid on the day of issue only. Please be aware that refunds and exchanges will not be offered even if customers are unable to use all of their tickets.
Can I buy additional tickets for activity experiences?
Same-day tickets for each attraction are sold one at a time at the venue information booth (1 ticket per person per wait in the queue). There is a limit to the amount of tickets available, so sales will end as soon as the limit for the day is reached. Also, 1-Day 4 Ticket sets are valid on the day of issue only. Please note that refunds, exchanges, etc. will not be offered even if the tickets cannot all be used before open hours end.
What are express tickets?
In the case of long waiting times for each activity, a limited amount of time-designated tickets will be sold to reduce wait times. Express Tickets are sold on the same day at the information booth. As quantities are limited please note that they may be sold out. Also, depending on circumstances on the day please note that they may not be sold for certain activities or certain time slots.
Is admission with children allowed?
From what age are tickets required?
・For admission of children under age 13, accompaniment by a minimum of two guardians (age 18 or older) is required. Also, the guardians are also required to purchase tickets.
・Please purchase a \500 Child admission ticket at the counter on the day of your visit for each child of elementary school age up to 12 years of age. Children under elementary school age are admitted free of charge. Children under age 13 may not experience VR activities.
Are disability discounts available?

Are annual passes available?
Unfortunately, annual passes are not available.

VR Activities

Can VR goggles be used with eyeglasses?
It is possible to wear VR goggles while wearing glasses, but in some cases it may not be possible due to the shape or size of the glasses. We recommend using contact lenses if possible.
*We cannot be held responsible for damaged glasses. Please take care when putting on the goggles.
*Viewing may not be comfortable with bifocal eyeglasses or bifocal contact lenses.
Are there restrictions on clothing and footwear?
Certain VR activities are enjoyed while standing. For your safety, please wear clothing and footwear which are easy to move around in. Please refrain from wearing sandals and other open-toe footwear, as well as shoes with high heels.
Do you recommend female visitors prepare anything?
Pants are recommended rather than a skirt. Also, hair drawn back in a ponytail, etc. is recommended as visitors will put on VR goggles.
There is a limit to the number of customers for each activity.
Please be aware in advance that the number of customers is limited depending on activity, and you may be unable to experience certain activities if the daily limit has been reached.
Activity Wait Time
Visitors may have very long wait times for popular activities. Waiting lines may temporarily be closed off once a certain wait time has been reached. In such cases additional visitors will be unable to join the queue until it is reopened.
