Activities are divided by colors RED, BLUE YELLOW, and GREEN. You will receive one ticket for each color.
Display the appropriate colored ticket before the activities begin (A single ticket is valid for one activity only).
*PANIC CUBE, Niagara Drop, and Trap Climbing activities can be experienced with tickets of any color.
*Futuristic Warfare Arena -Ghost in the Shell: Arise Stealth Hounds (coming soon) requires a separate ticket.
*To experience the Niagra Drop and Trap Climbing activities, visitors under the age of 18 must obtain permission from a guardian. The permission form can be downloaded at the following link. Please bring the signed permission form with you when entering the facility.

Purchasing and Using Tickets

1 day/4 Ticket sets can be purchased via the official website or the VR ZONE mobile app.
To purchase, guests must register with the Webket online ticket system, managed by GOODFELLOWS CO., LTD.

The VR ZONE mobile app is a convenient way to plan your visit

・Purchasing with the app eliminates the need to pick up a paper ticket, ensuring you a smooth entrance without having to wait in line!

・To experience an activity, just show your mobile screen to the staff!

・The “VR ZONE App” is available only in Japan.

■Regarding Express Tickets

Express Tickets are those that grant you access to activities with shorter wait time.
By specifying a time for your experience, you can use your wait time for other activities. The numbers of these tickets are limited and can be purchased at the information booth on the day of your visit. Please choose a time and purchase an Express Ticket for the activity of your choice.

Please Note

*Guests under the age of 13 will not be able to experience VR activities.

*To purchase tickets through the web, guests must register online with the Webket ticket system, managed by GOODFELLOWS CO., LTD.

*If you cancel your Webket account after purchase, all record of your ticket will be deleted. Please make sure not to cancel your account before the day of your visit.

*Even if you create a new account with Webket after deleting an earlier one, previous purchase history is confined to the previous account. Previously purchased tickets or purchase history from a canceled account cannot be linked or referenced with a new account.

*Guests who purchase tickets after clicking on the banner below shall be deemed as having agreed to BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Inc’s ticket purchase policy.
